Jesse James

Jesse is so famous that, if you name your son "Jesse," everyone thinks you named him after Jesse James!!

Ironic that a "bad guy" should be so famous... but he was originally a hero to a lot of folks.

I found a Roy Rogers VHS tape called Jesse James at Bay (1941) Roy plays Jesse. The blurb on the jacket calls him "The Robin Hood of the West." .
